If you receive your bills by mail directly from Woman's Life, you are eligible to make payments online. However, the online payment option is not currently available in all states. Also, there are limitations on how far past the due date payments will be accepted online. The Payments Due section on the MemberWeb Overview page will indicate whether you have outstanding bills that are eligible for online payment.
In select approved states, you may make credit card payments using credit cards with a Visa®, Mastercard®, or Discover® logo.
There is no charge for using the online payment service.
Online bill payments are available on the secure MemberWeb area of the Woman's Life website. If you do not already have an account on the MemberWeb, register for an account from the home page of the Woman's Life website. Once your account has been verified, you will be able to log on to the MemberWeb.
Log on to the MemberWeb to access your online account. The Overview page includes a Payments Due section that indicates whether you have policies that are eligible for online payment. Click on the View All or Make Payment link in the Payments Due section to see a complete list of policies available for online payment. A message will display on the Payments (Select Policies) page if online payments are currently pending.
If the Payment Type on the Payments (Select Policies) page is Standard, a payment for the Amount Due is required. If the Payment Type is Flexible, you can adjust the payment amount before pressing the Continue button.
On the MemberWeb Payments (Select Policies) page, click on the check box by each policy that you want included in your online payment. The payment total will be calculated for you.
Online payments that have been submitted and have not yet been processed are listed in the Pending section of the Payment History page.
To cancel a scheduled payment, click on the check box by the policy in the Pending section of the Payment History page and press the Cancel button. Cancellation cannot occur after a payment is processed.
Payments submitted before or on the policy due date will be processed on the due date. Payments submitted after the policy due date will be processed on the date payment is submitted.
Once the payment is processed, it will be listed in the Processed section of the Payment History page. You will not automatically receive a confirmation. If you would like to receive an e-mail indicating that a charge was made to your credit card, click on the Profile link in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Under Notification Subscriptions, select "Instant | Transaction Status" and press the Assign button.
A link to your Payment History is available on the Overview page of the MemberWeb. The payment history is limited to online payments at this time.
To ensure the safety of your personal information, Woman's Life utilizes a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encode information being sent over the Internet.
You are not required to make online payments. You will continue to receive a direct bill for your next payment. You can make that payment online, send your payment directly to Woman's Life or elect to change to monthly automatic bank draft, whichever you prefer.
Woman's Life plans to incorporate additional payment options into the Online Bill Payment service in the near future.
