Sunday, August 8
2:00 PM Welcome Reception & Registration: Register for the convention and visit with fraternal friends
6:00 PM "Denim & Diamonds" Cocktail Reception & Dinner: This will be an evening filled with western fun! Dressed in your chic western gear, have your picture taken with Doc Holiday and then settle in for a Texas-sized banquet dinner. But don't eat too much, because you will soon be learning to line dance and then dancing the night away with your friends.
Monday, August 9
9:00 AM Opening Session of the 32nd National Convention
Monday afternoon and evening will be free for you and your friends to explore all that San Antonio has to offer.

9:00 AM Closing Session of the 32nd National Convention
NOON Convention Luncheon (announcement of St. Jude basket auction winners)
2:30 PM Optional Tour - After the Convention Luncheon, board the bus for a 3-day, 2 night trip to the Texas Hill Country. This bus tour package includes round trip transportation, accommodations at the Fredericksburg Inn, sightseeing, shopping, winery tours and several meals.

Be sure to mention you are with Woman's Life Insurance Society. (Group Code:WLIS) A deposit of 1 night's stay plus tax is required at the time reservation is made. Based on availability, the room rate shown below will be honored three days prior to the National Convention and three days after. Hotel reservations must be made by July 6, 2010.
