More than anything, Woman's Life is about having fun. When members who are active in a local chapter get together, the laughter just never seems to end. Lifelong bonds are formed between members. Truly, membership in Woman's Life is about spending time with your friends. And spending time with your friends is about having fun.
While all local chapters become involved with a wide variety of volunteer projects within their communities, Woman's Life members also realize there are times when they just want to get together to have fun as a group.
Woman's Life Chapter 839 Rockford, Michigan was chartered on July 26, 2010 and they have big plans to change the world. After President Josi Stevens, Treasurer Ginney Karoub and Secretary Rita McGladdery were sworn in at their first official meeting, held at Vanillas Coffee Cafe, the members quickly got down to the business of planning their first fundraiser to help the family of a child with a rare metabolic disorder. Their first meeting was so much fun that two more people decided to join and be a part of all the excitement.
