Moratorium on Cancellations

Illinois

Due to heavy flooding in Illinois, Woman’s Life Insurance Society has instituted a 60-day moratorium on lapsing Woman’s Life policies held by members located in Cook, Kane, Lake, and McHenry counties in this state, which are declared by the state or the federal government to be disaster areas. The moratorium will apply to those policies that would otherwise lapse on or after the Moratorium Begin Date and will remain in effect until the Moratorium End Date. The Moratorium Begin Date and Moratorium End Date for the impacted counties are:

Moratorium Begin Date: July 12, 2017

Moratorium End Date: September 30, 2017

This moratorium is not a waiver of the premium requirement, but is only an extension of the grace period in which to pay the premium.

Texas

Due to the extraordinary events in Texas due to Hurricane Harvey, Woman’s Life Insurance Society has instituted a 60-day moratorium on lapsing Woman’s Life policies held by members located in a county which is declared by the state or the federal government to be a disaster area. The moratorium will apply to those policies that would otherwise lapse on or after the Moratorium Begin Date and will remain in effect until the Moratorium End date. The Moratorium Begin Date and the Moratorium End date for the impacted counties are:

Moratorium Begin Date: August 23, 2017

Moratorium End Date: October 23, 2017

This moratorium is not a waiver of the premium requirement, but is only an extension of the grace period in which to pay the premium.

Due to the extraordinary events in Florida due to Hurricane Irma, Woman’s Life Insurance Society has instituted a 60-day moratorium on lapsing Woman’s Life policies held by members located in every county which is declared by the state or the federal government to be a disaster area. The moratorium will apply to those policies that would otherwise lapse on or after the Moratorium Begin Date and will remain in effect until the Moratorium End date. The Moratorium Begin Date and Moratorium End Date for the impacted counties are:

Moratorium Begin Date: August 25, 2017

Moratorium End Date: October 24, 2017
