Chapter Support Programs – Matching Funds Program
The Society will match $1 for each $1 raised by Woman’s Life members through fundraising on a project initiated and organized by the Woman’s Life chapter.
- Each fundraiser must be pre-approved by Home Office.
- The fundraiser must benefit a needy person(s) or a not-for-profit organization.
- Up to $500 per project will be matched, up to $5,000 per year per chapter for the total of all matching funds and volunteer service project grants.
- The chapter can do multiple projects for one recipient as well as select a number of different project recipients.
- Minimum of 5 chapter members must work on the project.

Creativity for a Cause
Woman’s Life Chapter 805 Indianapolis, Indiana hosted a Painting Party fundraiser in support of Outreach, Inc., an amazing organization that serves homeless teens in their community. Everyone had a blast tapping into their creativity – and the taco bar was a huge crowd-pleaser! Thanks to all who participated and gave generously, and with Matching Funds from Woman’s Life, the chapter donated $1,606.39 to Outreach, Inc. during their Walking for Dreams fundraiser.
Cash Raffle
Members of Woman’s Life Chapter 800 Fort Gratiot, Michigan held a $1,000 cash raffle to benefit A Beautiful Me during the organization’s Bacon and Bubbles Fun Run. Members sold raffle tickets, volunteered during the race, and enjoyed a beautiful morning by the water. Including Matching Funds from Woman’s Life, the chapter donated $3,330 to support programs that foster self-esteem and confidence in young girls.
The Power of Pennies
Members of Woman’s Life Chapter 59 Rochester, New York collected pennies to support a local hospice home. Members and friends saved their pennies then pooled them together for the donation. Including Matching Funds from Woman’s Life, the chapter donated $200 to Journey Home, a non-profit hospice home that provides free guidance, support, and comfort to individuals and their families as they journey through the dying process.
