We also know that an annual physical exam, regular breast exams, and, as we get older, appropriate colon screenings can help us live even longer, happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives. Woman’s Life provides a set of individual good health benefits to support your efforts to strive for better health.
Breast Cancer Screening Benefit
A benefit up to $50 annually for the out-of-pocket expense incurred by an eligible member for X-ray and radiologist expenses in obtaining a mammogram in connection with breast cancer screening.
Colon Screening Benefit
A benefit up to $50 annually for the out-of-pocket expense incurred by an eligible member for surgical and pathology expense associated with the performance of a screening colonoscopy or screening flexible sigmoidoscopy.
Annual Physical Good Health Benefit
A benefit up to $50 annually for the out-of-pocket expense incurred by an eligible member associated with the performance of an annual physical examination or an annual breast and pelvic exam, including physician and pathology expenses associated with the performance of a pap smear.

Summer is time to get outside and enjoy parks! Woman’s Life Chapter 10 Port Huron, Michigan members did just that when they participated in the Great Strides Fundraising Walk at the park, on a beautiful June day, as well as served pizza and snacks to other walkers. With the $500 matching fund from Woman’s Life, members raised $2,760 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! Have you gone outside lately?
Good Health Benefits are available to benefit members of Woman’s Life in good standing at the time of application for the benefit. Expense must be incurred after date of membership. Members who hold only extended term insurance or reduced paid up insurance are not eligible for these benefits. They are also available to social members with a membership issue date of 12/31/15 or prior and who are and have remained in good standing.
Eligibility for fraternal benefits is determined by the board of directors; fraternal benefits may be amended or discontinued by action of the board of directors.
